High blood pressure, commonly known as Hypertension/arterial hypertension is a state of body in which blood pressure in your body is chronically increased. In this techno world, hypertension is the most common disease, people are becoming careless and life has become so fast that very few of us are truly health conscious. With digitization of world, moving towards automation from manual systems, fast food has become way of life. Though it may take several months before you see the results, studies have found that aerobic exercise that involves the large muscles is an effective way to lower high blood pressure. In fact, the studies indicate that exercise can reduce your systolic reading by 11 points and diastolic reading by 9 points High blood pressure is a silent killer. Various factors are responsible for causing hypertension. Some of the important hypertension-causing factors are consuming imbalanced diets, consuming large quantities of sodium, drinking alcohol, smoking tobacco, taking large amounts caffeine, using addictive drugs such as marijuana, obesity, and stress. Skim milk provides 2 significant ingredients to your body that promotes your health. Skim milk contains calcium which fortifies your bones. It also contains Vitamin D. These 2 ingredients together help reduce your BP by approximately 3%to 10% In terms of statistics it might not mean much, but the beneficial thing is that it helps scale down cardiovascular disease by up to 15%. Second, reduce the amount of salt you eat. Even folks who do not add a lot of salt from the shaker can be consuming more salt than they realize. There is salt in just about everything that is processed, so be aware and forgo processed foods as much as possible.
The reason your blood pressure is getting high is that arteries are getting clogged. That means it takes more pressure to get blood through it. Clogged arteries are caused by high cholesterol, so the simple key to solving this problem is lowering your cholesterol. This isn't as hard as most people would assume. All that is required of you is to remain consistent with the process. Eating more fiber is the simple solution. All you have to do is add more fiber into your diet each day. That can be as simple as adding in oatmeal or a high fiber cereal for breakfast. A simple natural way to regulate your blood pressure is to practice breathing exercises. Most people breathe very rapidly and take more than enough breaths per minute as they should. Fast breathing causes oxygen to become deprived in the blood stream by it not being absorbed in the lungs and this leads to high blood pressure to form. Since you inhale and exhale rapidly, fresh air doesn't last long enough in your lungs for the oxygen to be absorbed enough. Ideally you should take 10 breaths of fresh air per minute or less.
