Hair Growth Vitamin
Vitamins play a greatly important role in the growth of hair. Vitamin deficiency can easily lead to hair loss. This is particularly true of B vitamins, such as B6, inositol, biotin and folic acid, as well as the minerals zinc, sulphur and magnesium. More important for hair growth are the B vitamins B5 and B3.Some amino acids have proved to be essential in the thickening of hair. There can be adverse effects to taking vitamins, however. If they are not taken in their recommended dosage, they can actually cause hair loss. So keep in mind that the dosage of the vitamin taken is as important as the vitamin itself.
